Birthday

Behind the curtain and veil of the world are kissograms.
They patiently await everyone who crossed the river.
They do not loll, but keyed-up to receive everyone
Who hugged the tree.
Everyone who crossed over the border post
Between heaven and the earth.

A man has a birthday and then again
He has yet again another birthday.
A birthday and a deathday, what differences?
Born into this world is one realm—a birthday,
Born into backyard of this world—a deathday.
In both cases a man is born yet again.

A highway into the world from heaven!
2 highways into the backyard of the
World from the world!
One highway to heaven,
Another highway to hell,
Either way, there shall be a stopover at the border post.

And at the border post, 2 kissograms!
One to a highway and the other to the other highway!
They are to usher you into the new birth—the new realm.
One kissogram works for an agency called hell,
The other kissogram for the agency called heaven.
Then you shall be led and born into the world
Of either of the agencies!

You don’t get to be in both!
And you don’t get to make a choice where you belong once there!
Neither do you get to turn back to choose the other!
Then there would be great joy and partying for your sake,
And then you would understand what is called birthday.

Either birthday or deathday;
Both represent a day of being born into a new realm—
Into the world or out of the world.
Where do you belong?
Choose your kissogram wisely before
The silver cord is broken!
