Pilgrimage

Glimpse of a faint end,

Obscurity and wonders of the road,
Lessons from paths previously unthreaded;
Ingredients for the destination.

The rise and falls of the way;
The making of a man.
The road of sorrows and pains;
Paths to the expected destination.

Trepidations of sudden arousing,
Anxieties in the heart.
A soul set on pilgrimage in an ambience
Of distresses—a character is born, a man is made.

When I get to my destination,
Then will I be able to reminisce
On what storm has birth a still water.

A constant piercing through a crack in the wall
Gives a faint insight of the game plan
Which reveals a won victory even before
The commencement of this battle.

Roots in the mountains,
Paths from the rocks,
Channels from the deep sea,
Sources from the deep.

The magnificence of a deep still water;
Birth of the new man in his final destination.
